As an Intern Architect, you will work closely with our principal architects and project leads from conceptual brainstorming through municipal approvals, detailed working drawing sets, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop schematic design concepts, spatial layout plans, and elevations for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, architectural details, and municipal submission sets under senior guidance.
• Build 3D models and conceptual massing studies using SketchUp / Revit.
• Accompany senior architects on site visits to observe execution and review vendor mockups.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. Experience in Revit or Lumion/Enscape is an added advantage.
• Enthusiasm for architectural design, spatial problem solving, and attention to drawing accuracy.
• Good communication and willingness to collaborate in a dynamic studio atmosphere.

The Engineer Intern will support our turnkey construction management team in translating architectural blueprints into structural realities, learning estimation, site management, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in reviewing structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and MEP coordination.
• Learn and assist with Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material estimation, and vendor quotation comparisons.
• Participate in site measurement, quality inspection checks, and daily site progress logs.
• Liaise between the studio architectural team and on-site contractors to resolve constructability questions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong foundational understanding of reinforced concrete structures, building materials, and site safety basics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic drawing reading in AutoCAD.
• High curiosity for active construction processes and field coordination.

Assist in curating bespoke residential and workplace interiors, researching finishes, preparing joinery details, and assisting with client mood boards.
